Rhea Ripley Teases Entering Men’s Royal Rumble Match

Rhea Ripley has teased making history at this year’s WWE Royal Rumble.

Ripley is coming off a successful title defense as Women’s Champion over Nia Jax at Saturday Night’s Main Event on Saturday night. Following the show, she teased entering the Men’s Royal Rumble bout.

When one of the interviewers stated that Ripley didn’t have a match lined up for the Royal Rumble and that she could always throw herself in the Rumble as the champion, Ripley stated, “Maybe I’ll be in the men’s one.”

Should Ripley do so she would follow Chyna, Kharama, Beth Phoenix, and Nia Jax to do so. Chyna did it in 1999 and 2000, while Phoenix was in the 2010 bout. Kharma appeared in the 2012 boot and Jax did it seven years later.
