Ricky Saints Retains NXT Title in Brutal Last Man Standing Match
In a violent and chaotic main event, Ricky Saints retained his NXT Championship over Trick Williams in a Last Man Standing match.
The match was a brutal brawl that saw both men use multiple weapons. Williams hit Saints in the head with the ring steps but Saint got up by the count of 10. Williams continued his assault, following it up with the Trick Shot and giving Saints a book end on the ring steps.
Williams looked to end the match as he put the steps on Saint’s neck and stepped on top of them. However, Saints escaped, but his comeback was short-lived as Williams threw him through the wall.
Saints came back and they brawled into the stands where Williams hit Saints with a knee to the jaw.”
The definitive moment came as the two brawled back to ringside. Saints speared Williams from over the barricade through the announce desk. Williams was unable to get up by the count of 10, giving Saints the victory.
As the show was going off the air, Alba Femi appeared in the entrance way as the show went off the air.
