WWE Hall Of Famer “Road Dogg” Brian James issued a brief statement on his Facebook account after he was released on Wednesday.
He wrote: “Guys, I’m doing well and I thank you for all the love. I’m gonna take a few days for my self and process this. God is still on the throne and will provide. It’s just business!”
James’ wife also posted:
“Just for those that dont know what’s happened. Were in shock and numb by this ,but have faith that this is all part of a bigger plan. We just have to wait and see what He has in store and i know its going to be even better than before!hes been faithful and he will be rewarded. I may be silent a bit trying to process this.ive seen all the texts, calls, messages and post, im just not up to talking. Thank you all for the kind words and prayers!!”
Road Dogg joins several people who were close to Triple H who were released this week. There is a feeling among people who work there that a message is being sent and that the idea is to get rid of the people hired by Hunter.
As of this writing, we have not heard if any more releases are expected but with WWE you can expect anything.
