– WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper was laid to rest today following his death almost two week’s ago. Down below are two clips from local news stations in Oregon and Portland covering the funeral:
– Last Night’s RAW ranked #1 among non-sporting events for the night in the Nielsen’s Twitter TV ratings. The show had a unique audience of 1.591 million, which is down from the last week’s 2.372 million. RAW had total impressions of 9.220 million, which down from last week’s 11.088 million impressions.
– WWE producer Kevin Dunn was trending worldwide on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon. I believe it had to do with stories going around that Dunn had something to do with Randy Orton’s scripted comments about Kevin Owens’ weight. I don’t know if it came from Kevin Dunn or Vince McMahon but, as noted earlier, there are people in the company who are not too high on Owens because of his appearance. It should be noted that Dave Meltzer never said Kevin Dunn’s name on his latest radio show so the report referencing Dunn came from elsewhere and may not be true.
