Roman Reigns absent from WWE house show in Orlando

Roman Reigns is not at tonight’s WWE house show in Orlando. This would be the second consecutive show he has missed. It was not explained why he is not at the show.

Similar to how things played out last night in Tampa, Drew McIntyre kicked off the show and then was attacked by The Usos. It was announced by The Usos that Reigns was not in the building.

The segment led to Sheamus making the save and then making a match for later in the show featuring McIntyre and Sheamus challenging Jimmy and Jey Uso for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles.

Jacob Cohen is at the show and noted that due to COVID-19 issues, a number of the talent will not be appearing on the show. Reigns’ absence does not mean that he has tested positive. He could be taking extra precautions since he is immunocompromised. It’s unclear if his status has changed for WWE Day 1 on Saturday where he is scheduled to defend the Universal Championship against Brock Lesnar.
