This week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown closed out with Big E, Otis and Tucker defeating The Miz, John Morrison and Sheamus.
Sheamus could not get along with his team and he ended up leaving to the backstage area during the match so that left Miz and Morrison at a disadvantage. Big E won the match for his team by pinning Miz after hitting the Big Ending.
After the match, Roman Reigns was shown backstage with Paul Heyman and he said that he will win on Sunday and “that’s not a prediction, that’s a spoiler.” Heyman ended by saying, “believe that.”
The impression that was given here is that Reigns has aligned himself with Heyman. This is Heyman’s first WWE TV appearance in several months and the first thing he’s done since he was removed as the head of creative on Raw.
