In 2022, Roman Reigns signed a new contract with WWE. The multi-year extension saw him get a reduced schedule with fewer dates and more money.
In a new profile published by Vanity Fair, Reigns has confirmed that his current WWE contract is set to expire following WrestleMania 42 in 2026. He also noted that once his deal expires, he will shifting to “a less physical form of entertainment.”
“After I finish the contract that I’m in, we probably got another year or two max,” he said. “Then it’s time to take on a less physical form of entertainment.”
Reigns has had acting roles in the past and expressed interest in doing more. He stated he wants to be selective about the projects he works on.
“I almost want to model it after (Quentin) Tarantino, where we’re not just doing anything and everything. I want to really plot out: I want this one, I want that one.”
Reigns is slated to work a triple threat match with Seth Rollins and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41 (Saturday) from Las Vegas, Nevada.
