Roman Reigns is set to kick off this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Dallas, Texas. The “Tribal Chief” made his shocking return to WWE on last week’s show, saving his cousins, The Usos, from a post-match beatdown at the hands of The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. His appearance has seemingly set the stage for a massive Survivor Series showdown between The Bloodline and The Vision.
Last week’s main event saw The Usos take on Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in a Tornado Tag Team Match. After a hard-fought battle, The Vision appeared to have the match won, with Reed preparing to hit his “Tsunami” splash on both Jimmy and Jey Uso. However, before he could leap, Roman Reigns’ music hit, and the former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion stormed the ring with a steel chair. Reigns cleared the ring of The Vision, allowing The Usos to recover and pick up the victory.
After the match, Reigns continued his assault on Breakker before having a tense but positive exchange with Jey Uso, while Jimmy Uso looked on with a perplexed expression. The segment strongly hinted at the reformation of the original Bloodline to combat the top faction on Raw.
In addition to Roman Reigns’ appearance, tonight’s Raw will also feature the return of CM Punk. The “Best in the World” is coming off a victory at the inaugural Wrestlepalooza premium live event, where he teamed with his wife, AJ Lee, to defeat Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. Two women’s division matches have also been announced for the show. In a battle of two former champions, Bayley will go one-on-one with Roxanne Perez. And in a singles match, Lyra Valkyria will take on Roxanne Perez.
