Roman Reigns set for first TV appearance since leukemia diagnosis

Roman Reigns will make a TV appearance soon for the first time since announcing his leukemia diagnosis.

It was announced today that Reigns will be appearing on an episode of Nickelodeon’s “Cousins for Life.”

Reigns will play the role of “Leaf’s neighbor Rodney who is angry that Leaf’s pet pig dug up his vegetable garden. However, Stuart, Ivy, and Leaf discover there’s more to the story and come up with a plan to save their pig.”

It’s his second non-WWE TV/film role. Last month, it was revealed via The Rock’s Instagram account that Reigns would be playing the role of Hobbs’ brother in the upcoming “Fast & The Furious” spinoff titled “Hobbs & Shaw.”

Reigns hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since his diagnosis but his friends say that he has been responding well to treatment and he looks good in some recent photos.

“Cousins For Life” will air at 8:30 pm eastern on Saturday, March 2.

We recently caught up with Braun Strowman and he has positive things to say about Reigns’ treatment. You can hear what he had to say in the video below:
