Ronda Rousey comments on a potential return to WWE

Everyone is wondering when and if Ronda Rousey will ever return to WWE.

Rousey hasnโ€™t been seen since dropping the RAW Womenโ€™s Championship to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35 last year. It was the first and only loss of her professional wrestling career. Now, Rousey has taken to her YouTube channel and discussed her professional wrestling career with Steve-O.

The former UFC star opened up on taking a break from the ring to try and start a family with her husband, UFC heavyweight Travis Browne.

โ€œThe Rowdy Oneโ€ noted that, if she were to return, doing so on a full-time schedule like she did last year is not what she wants to do. (H/T Fightful for the quotes)

โ€œI did completely full-time for a year. All of the TV and as many live shows as I could. I probably worked 200 days out of the year. Most people do way more. Most people have live shows throughout the week, then go and do TV, then get to be home for a day and a half, then do it again.

โ€œItโ€™s non-stop. It was so much time away from my family that I couldnโ€™t do it sustainably. Me and Travis [Browne] want to have babies and if Iโ€™m gone 200 days a year taking powerbombs every night, I donโ€™t think thatโ€™s conducive for conception.

โ€œWe wanted to take time and make us a priority. I donโ€™t know when Iโ€™m gonna go back. I know I want to, but I donโ€™t think Iโ€™ll be able to do it in that capacity again. I couldnโ€™t put my family through that again.โ€

Per a recent report, Rousey is not scheduled to compete at WrestleMania 36 this year. Given Rouseyโ€™s above comments, it doesnโ€™t look like she will be in the companyโ€™s plans for this yearโ€™s โ€œShow Of Shows,โ€ but, as always, things could change.
