Ronda Rousey not advertised for WWE events post-WrestleMania week

Last month, Dave Meltzer reported that WWE was preparing for Ronda Rousey to take time away from the company. Rousey previously said publicly that she is ready to start a family and her husband Travis Browne has said that they are ready to have kids soon. When news got out about Rousey taking time away, she indirectly shot down the report but the latest WWE live event ads tell a different story.

Rousey is advertised to appear on Raw from now until April 8, the night after WrestleMania. She is not advertised for Raw or live events after that date.

There was talk of having her stick around for another month for a singles match with Becky Lynch at the Backlash pay-per-view but the ads seem to indicate that she will be done after Mania weekend and unless things change, that would indicate that she would be dropping the Raw Women’s Championship. At this point, she is scheduled to face Charlotte Flair but the storylines strongly indicate that Becky Lynch will be put back in the match.
