Kurt Angle has announced that Ronda Rousey will be suspended for 30 days. Essentially, that keeps her off TV until after next month's Extreme Rules pay-per-view. She would be back in time for the hype leading up to SummerSlam in Brooklyn.
For those of you that missed it, Raw General Manager Kurt Angle and Alexa Bliss kicked off the show. Ronda Rousey interrupted and she went nut on Bliss. Angle tried to break it up but Rousey, with briefcase in hand, attacked him too. Rousey followed up by putting Bliss through a table.
Shortly thereafter during a backstage segment, Angle said that he had no choice but to suspend Rousey for 30 days. In the meantime, Bliss will defend her Raw Women's Championship against Nia Jax at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view. The way things played out this week on Raw, it's looking like Rousey will get another shot at SummerSlam.
Before she left the arena, Rousey said that she would kick Bliss' "pink-haired ass" after her suspension.
