As noted on Wednesday, EVP of Television Production Kevin Dunn was trending after reports surfaced that Dunn fed Randy Orton the line about Kevin Owens weight on Monday Night Raw. There are people in the company that are not too happy about Owen’s appearance but Kevin Dunn had nothing to do with giving Orton the line to use on Raw.
Apparently Kevin Dunn was trending because a website linked the Kevin Owens story to Kevin Dunn and claimed that the Wrestling Observer website reported it, which they did not. Again, Dave Meltzer did say that there are forces in WWE that are people in WWE that are high on Owens and others that are not so high on him and his weight has been brought up but Meltzer never said anything about Kevin Dunn. Meltzer said that the line from Orton was not fed to him by either Kevin Dunn or Vince McMahon.
Hopefully that puts an end to this rumor.
