New video shows Rusev looking shredded, WWE non-compete set to expire

Rusev is just waiting for his non-compete clause with WWE to expire but is taking the opportunity to further improve his look. As a result, he has gotten into great shape and as seen below, looks shredded.

Lana recently posted a video on Rusev’s Instagram of him while she is eating pizza. Check out the clip here:

Rusev was just one of many people who were released by WWE as the company was cutting back on expenses including talent and staff. Prior to the release, Rusev had been in talks with the company for a contract renewal. He hadn’t been used on television since February. With the cuts happening in April, he’s still under a non-compete clause.

However, he will be a free agent in a couple of weeks because that is when the non-competes will expire. Although there have been no reports as to where he is likely to end up, the belief is that he will have interest from several promotions including All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

In addition to getting into great shape, Rusev has also picked out his new ring name. For more on that, click here.
