Ryback posted this tweet just hours after news got out that Punk would have to get surgery for the herniated disc in his back.

Obviously, Ryback is being sarcastic and the tweet is in reference to Punk’s interview on Colt Cabana’s podcast from 2014 where he ripped Ryback for allegedly being unsafe to work with.
Punk signed with UFC in December of 2014 and is scheduled to fight sometime this year. His debut fight against Mickey Gall was rumored for UFC 199 in June but that is not happening until his back is 100% and after a full training camp. His recovery is 4 to 6 weeks and he still plans on fighting this year.
“This is just a bump in the road,” he told MMAFighting.com. “I’m positive about this.”
