Sami Zayn took a play out of Roman Reigns’ playbook for the house show in Glasgow, Scotland.
The Honorary Uce teamed with The Usos in a 6-man tag against The New Day and Braun Strowman. At one point during the match, Zayn hit Strowman with the Superman punch and briefly knocked him out.
However, that wasn’t the end of the match because Strowman recovered and managed to avoid the spear. He hit the running powerslam and pinned Zayn to win the match. Scroll down to watch the clip of Sami hitting the Superman punch.
Zayn using Roman’s spots might just be for the house shows but it’s possible that this turns into something he does on TV, while furthering his storyline with the rest of The Bloodline. The storyline has been a huge success for WWE because they are drawing big numbers on SmackDown and on social media.
