The night was headlined by a tag team encounter featuring former NXT Champion Ethan Page teaming up with Santos Escobar. They took on the duo of El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Shiloh Hill. Escobar’s participation in the match was notable as he was a late replacement for Grayson Waller on the tour. This scheduling change has led to speculation regarding Waller’s status, but it strongly suggests that Escobar will not be making the trip to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the Royal Rumble this weekend, as he is fulfilling these live event obligations in the United States instead.
