Sasha Banks has no plans to return to WWE

At this point, it doesn't look like Sasha Banks will be on WWE TV anytime soon and she may never return.

"The situation is unchanged," Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio. "They are right now at a stalemate and the word is that 'if she wants to sit out the rest of her contract then she can sit out the rest of her contract.'"

There's no word on how much time she has left on her contract but if she doesn't return then she could end up sitting at home for a long time because WWE contracts can be frozen for injuries or when wrestlers decide not to work. Neville had to sit out for almost a year before he was eventually released.

WWE has granted early releases to wrestlers such as Tye Dillinger, Hideo Itami, Goldust and Jack Swagger but it doesn't look like they have any plans to release Banks.

WWE would welcome her if she decides to return. Meltzer said, "They have not made up yet. They still want her to come back. She wants things different. Whatever that difference is they haven't agreed to it because she ain't back so we'll have to see."

Banks was scheduled for the Money In The Bank pay-per-view and the MITB match participants will be announced next week. If she is not announced then presumably she will not be on the show.
