Sasha Banks made history at WWE Hell in a Cell

Not only did Sasha Banks become a champion in WWE again, but she also made history.

Banks beat Bayley to win the SmackDown Women’s Title at Sunday’s WWE Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event in Orlando, Florida at the Amway Center on the WWE Network.

With this win, she is now a grand slam champion in the company as she came into the match with plenty of accolades. She’s a five-time Raw Women’s Champion, a two-time Women’s Tag Team Champion, and a one-time NXT Women’s Champion.

This win marked the first time that she has not only held the SmackDown Women’s Title, but also her first Hell in a Cell win. She joins Bayley and Asuka as a grand slam champion in WWE’s women’s division.

Bayley did it in May 2019 while Asuka did it back in April of this year.
