Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte pulled from WWE Clash Of Champions match listing

WWE sent word out to everyone in their web department to not promote the Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks match at Clash Of Champions. In Banks’ promo on Monday, she declared her intentions to challenge Charlotte for the Women’s Championship.

The web department was told to amend any stories on the website if there was any language alluding to the match. As of now, the only matches being advertised for the show are Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship and The New Day defending their tag team titles against Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson.

I guess we will find out on Monday what the plan is for the Women’s title match at Clash Of Champions. It’s strange that they advertised Bayley vs. Charlotte over a week ago and then there was no mention of that match this past Monday. Also, Bayley defeated Charlotte in a non-title match so you’d think that she would be in line for a title match. Perhaps they wanted to wait until this Monday to announce a Triple Threat match for the title. We’ll see what they do on Monday night.
