PWInsider is reporting that Scott Armstrong is among the names released today by WWE.
Armstrong has been involved with the wrestling business since the early 80s. He has wrestled all over the world before getting hired as a referee in 2006. Armstrong was furloughed in 2020 as part of budget cuts related to the pandemic but he was brought back in October of that year.
Armstrong’s brother “Road Dogg” Brian James was also among names reportedly let go today. Click here for more news on the names that were released today.
