Scott Dawson reveals The Revival’s primary objective in WWE

Scott Dawson alongside tag team partner Dash Wilder are known as The Revival. They are a throwback tag team with excellent ability. Just like Arn and Tully they are able to cut the ring in half with the greatest of ease and create suspense in a tag team confrontation unlike any other. There’s a reason they call themselves “Top Guys,” because they are.

It’s been thrown around on many occasions that The Revival are the ones attacking Big Cass and Enzo Amore on a weekly basis. For the last few episodes of Raw either one of the Realest Guys In The Room have ended up beat down backstage and neither of them can remember who attacked them.

Big Cass said it was the hardest he’s ever been punched before in his life. He tried to blame Big Show’s Weapons Of Mass Destruction (aka his fists) but maybe that was too obvious of a guess. After all, Big Show could be a red herring in this situation. He would be a very big red herring, but a diversion nonetheless.

The Revival were seen leaving out the back door during Raw this week in the midst of trying to figure out who attacked Big Cass this time. That fueled even more speculation amplified by the fact that Dash Wilder has recently been cleared for a return to in ring action since his jaw was wired shut thanks to a broken jaw from Shinsuke Nakamura during an NXT house show.

Dash and Dawson have already said they weren’t the attackers, well Dawson actually said it because all Wilder could do was stand there smiling through his face cage at the time. Scott Dawson recently took to Twitter to announce that him and Dash had no ulterior motive, they just want to make a ton of money and anything else that happens along the way is “pure circumstance.”

Could it be possible that taking out Enzo and Big Cass was just something they had to do on the way to accomplish their primary objective of being the best tag team ever? We’ll have to keep tuning in to see how this one develops but we could very well be seeing a Revival/Big Cass and Enzo rivalry on WWE’s main roster on our way to Great Balls Of Fire.
