Scott Hall reportedly in rough shape over the weekend (with photo)

Scott Hall was said to be in rough shape over the weekend at an autograph signing in Warwick, Rhode Island. He was said to be over an hour late to the signing. There was a report online that said he was 90 minutes late. A couple of readers noted that Hall was having issues walking but he did stay for an extra two hours to make up for being late.
