Serious injury at tonight’s WWE Mae Young Classic tapings
According to those in attendance at Full Sail University, Tegan Knox appeared to suffer a knee injury at tonight’s Mae Young Classic tapings.
Her match against Rhea Ripley ended early when the referee threw up the “X” sign to alert officials that Knox was injured. As you can see in the video below, she was screaming in pain as the crowd went silent.
It’s another unfortunate setback for her because this was her second chance in the tournament after she was replaced last year due to an ACL tear on her other knee. That injury kept her out of action for about 9 months.
We hope that this injury won’t be as bad but based on the reports we got and the video below, it does not look good. Knox is under contract to WWE and has appeared at live events this year.
