Seth Rollins: Hulk Hogan Hasn’t Done A Lot To Harbor Goodwill In His Name Over The Past Few Years

Seth Rollins has further weighed in on the backlash to Hulk Hogan’s appearance on the WWE Raw Netflix premiere a few months ago to promote his Real American Beer.

The WWE Hall of Famer was met with boos from the Los Angeles crowd last month. Many fans believed Hogan’s boos due to his past racist comments and political endorsement of Donald Trump.

While speaking with WFAN, Rollins noted that while he grew up to be a Hogan, what Hogan has said in the past decade hasn’t changed.

On Hogan: “I was a Hogan fan growing up, yes. I grew up a Hulk Hogan fan. I’ve said it a million times, the dude has been nothing but kind to me in my life and our interactions. Doesn’t make him a good person. Obviously, he’s run into some issues as of late. We’ll see if he clears those up. That’s his business, though.”

On whether he was surprised that he got booed at Raw on Netflix premiere: “No, I was not surprised. I mean, look, he hasn’t done a lot to harbor goodwill in his name over the past few years. So I just think with everything that’s going on with him, he came out, I saw it coming. I don’t know if anybody else did, but I did, yes.”
