Despite earlier expectations of a return on the Raw Netflix premiere and it not happening, Becky Lynch remains under contract with WWE. She took a hiatus from WWE television in May 2024 to pursue Hollywood projects. It’s believed she will return sometime in 2025.
Lynch has shown her support for WWE while attending recent WWE-related Netflix events. As of late 2024, her WrestleMania and overall return plans had not yet been finalized, according to Fightful Select.
While appearing on Maggie & Perloff, Seth Rollins, Lynch’s husband, spoke about Lynch’s future in wrestling.
“Yeah, I don’t think she’s seen her last time in the ring. It’s not even the mom thing. She had a couple of projects come up outside of professional wrestling last year….I foresee her making her return to the ring at some point. I don’t know when. She was out working. She’s the best, and she will be back.”
