Seth Rollins is one of the best wrestlers in all of WWE, and he knows it after being a top star for years.
Rollins beat Matt Riddle in a grudge match at Saturday’s WWE Clash at the Castle event. Many people considered it the second biggest match on the card due to the build-up behind Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre.
Ahead of the match, Rollins spoke with Ariel Helwani of BT Sport, noting that he thinks he’s the best wrestler on the planet as the bout had been considered the people’s main event.
“Of course, man. I think I am the best wrestler on the planet and have been for a long time. I’m really in my groove now, like really in my groove. Anytime they give me a chip on my shoulder, I’ve already got one, and I walk around with it all the time. Anytime they add a little bit to that, I think that is when I am at my absolute best, like when I feel like my back is against the wall or when I feel like I am not the focal point, I just feel like I deliver my best content in those moments.”
