Following Sunday’s WWE United Kingdom Championship tournament, Triple H noted that he was getting on a plane in Blackpool and on his way back to the United States so he can be at Monday Night Raw.
Seth Rollins took note of Triple H’s comment on twitter. It looks like we may finally get their first confrontation since Triple H helped Kevin Owens defeat Rollins for the Universal Championship back in August. Triple H is backstage at WWE TV every week but it would be his first on-screen appearance on a main WWE show since September’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view where he was seen backstage waiting on Stephanie McMahon in a limousine.
The word is that one of the big matches at WrestleMania will be Rollins vs. Triple H. This was actually the plan for last year’s show before plans were changed due to Rollins having to take time off because of an injury.
