Seth Rollins: ‘I Want To Be Back For WrestleMania, But It’s Not Up To Me. It’s Up To The Doctors’

Seth Rollins has addressed the uncertainty surrounding his potential return for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas on April 18-19. “The Visionary” has been sidelined since October after suffering a torn rotator cuff during a match against Cody Rhodes at WWE Crown Jewel. The severity of the injury forced Rollins to relinquish the World Heavyweight Championship.

During a recent appearance on ESPN Get Up, Rollins was asked point-blank if he would be physically fit to compete at “The Show of Shows”. Rollins admitted that while he has a strong desire to perform, the final decision is out of his hands.

“I wish I had a solid answer for you, but I am going to have to plead the fifth. I don’t know,” Rollins stated. “The end of the day is I want to be back for WrestleMania, but it’s not up to me. It’s up to the doctors, they gotta tell me if I’m gonna be good to go”.

Rollins remains in a period of rehabilitation. His absence has left a significant void in the main event scene, particularly as his faction, The Vision, has struggled with a string of additional injuries to members Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Fans continue to wait for an official medical timeline as the deadline for the April 18-19 spectacle at Allegiant Stadium approaches.
