With the Royal Rumble approaching, a new report has shed light on several names expected to be present for the event in Saudi Arabia. According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, a number of WWE stars are scheduled to be in the country for Royal Rumble week.
The list includes Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar, LA Knight, Chad Gable, Tiffany Stratton, Jacob Fatu, and Dominik Mysterio. Several of the talents mentioned have been off television recently due to storylines or injuries.
Notably, Jacob Fatu has been absent from programming, but an update from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful indicates positive news regarding his status. Sapp reports that he has heard Fatu is in “good shape” ahead of his potential return.
While these performers are confirmed to be scheduled for the trip to Saudi Arabia, the report clarifies that their specific roles remain unconfirmed. It is not yet known whether they will individually compete in the Royal Rumble matches themselves or appear on the show in another capacity, only that they are “scheduled to be around” for the event.
As of this writing, no maches aside from the Men’s and Women’s Royal Rumble bouts have been announced.
