There are several big names in Brooklyn this weekend for SummerSlam weekend. PWInsider is reporting that Edge and Christian were spotted in Brooklyn and they were brought in by WWE.
WWE typically flies in more people for this weekend for their charity work and for radio/TV interviews but Edge and Christian have not been seen doing work for WWE around town. It’s possible that they could appear at SummerSlam or Raw tomorrow night but my guess is that they are there to film content for the WWE Network and/or their podcast.
We have also confirmed the following names in town for SummerSlam weekend: Mark Henry (he was seen at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4 last night), The Big Show, Dana Warrior, The Bella Twins, Tommy Dreamer, Travis Browne and former WCW Champion David Arquette (also seen at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4 last night).
Matt Hardy, who is taking time off from the ring, is also in town with his family.
