Several WWE stars pulled from an independent event

Several WWE stars were pulled from an independent event this weekend as the Wrestlecade convention took place. It featured various wrestlers and legends appearing as well as live events taking place.

Fightful Select reports that WWE stars Johnny Gargano, Karrion Kross, and Scarlett Bordeaux were all pulled from Wrestlecade because of a precaution in case they were needed for Survivor Series.

The company offered the convention WWE Hall of Famer JBL as a make good for pulling the three stars, who were not used during the Survivor Series WarGames event.

Gargano is currently part of the storyline with The Miz and Dexter Lumis. They will wrestle each other on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, although it’s unclear what role Gargano will play.

Kross and Bordeaux are currently involved in a feud with Madcap Moss and Emma on Friday Night SmackDown.

The booking was made before Triple H brought back Gargano, Kross, and Scarlett to the company.
