Shane McMahon got fans talking while making an appearance on this week’s edition of Last Ride – Post Mortem.
The fourth episode of The Undertaker’s docuseries, Undertaker: Last Ride, aired on Sunday on the WWE Network. In the episode, the tag team match from the Extreme Rules pay-per-view event where Taker teamed up with Roman Reigns against McMahon and Drew McIntyre was covered.
During his appearance on the post-show, McMahon challenged The Undertaker to a rematch inside of the Hell in a Cell structure. Of course, their first match took place in 2016 at WrestleMania 32.
This possibility was brought up when McMahon was looking back at the Extreme Rules match and how The Undertaker stated in the episode that he thought that was going to be his final match. Clearly, it wasn’t.
“I know I got one more with him. So, I’m ready. I’ll challenge him now. I just did. I got one more, I know I got one big one. I want a rematch. Hell in a Cell 2. I was that close [referring to Taker moving off the announce table when McMahon jumped off the top of the cell]. Let’s continue with this story.”
McMahon hasn’t been seen on WWE television since late last year after his program with Kevin Owens ended.
