WWE Superstar Sheamus gave it his all in a hard-fought Intercontinental Championship match at Survivor Series 2024, but unfortunately came up short. The Celtic Warrior had the Vancouver crowd firmly behind him as he sought to capture the one title that has eluded him throughout his career.
Facing off against champion Bron Breakker and Ludwig Kaiser, Sheamus endured a brutal shillelagh attack from Kaiser during the match. Despite his best efforts, Breakker ultimately retained the title, leaving Sheamus empty handed.
Following the event, Sheamus took to Twitter to share an image of the deep welts and bruising on his back. He simply captioned the photo “crushed,” expressing his frustration and disappointment.
Despite the loss, Sheamus’s performance garnered a lot of praise on social media.
