On the latest episode WWE Ride Along, Sheamus and Cesaro talk about exercise. Sheamus has been sidelined with an undisclosed injury since April. The belief is that he suffered a concussion but WWE has not confirmed the rumors.
During his time off, Sheamus has been training hard and he looks like he’s in the best shape of his life.
On Ride Along, he told Cesaro that he lost 40 pounds in 6 months, thanks to his Celtic Warrior Workout on his YouTube channel.
“I was stout,” Sheamus said about his physique before his recent transformation.
For those of you that have asked, there is no word on when the Celtic Warrior will return to the ring.
