Sheamus’ old merchandise replaced due to possible lawsuit over rights to the logo?

It looks like WWE has gone ahead and replaced Sheamus’ old merchandise. There was talk that Frank Shamrock was going to take legal action against WWE because the previous logo on the Sheamus merchandise looked very similar to Frank Shamrock’s logo that he had been using for years. You can view the new design below. Below that you will see Frank’s logo followed by the previous logo that WWE was using.  (Thanks to Rob for his help).
