Sheamus is back on WWE television following WWE Monday Night Raw this week from the Bell Centre in Montreal, QC, where he battled Ivar in a singles match.
He most notably feuded with Drew McIntyre and GUNTHER for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 39 last year. Sheamus has been sidelined with a shoulder injury as his last match happened in a loss to Edge on the August 18th episode of SmackDown.
A week ago, WWE announced his in-ring return when they showed a vignette that highlighted his career/accomplishments. WWE brought him back with a mixed version of his theme song while he sported green trunks.
While the former WWE Champion looked impressive in his return victory, some fans took shots at him as bigger than he looked before his hiatus. He took to Twitter to mock them, as seen below:
