There are no automatic rematch clauses in WWE but Shane McMahon made an exception to the rule this week on SmackDown Live.
SmackDown Live kicked off with The Miz and Shane McMahon. Miz apologized to McMahon for letting him down on Sunday and said he wanted to make it up to him by re-capturing the SmackDown Tag Team Titles.
The Usos walked out and basically goaded McMahon to take the match with a different tag team partner. McMahon took issue with The Usos talking bad about his partner Miz so he made the rematch and it will be The Usos defending against Shane McMahon and The Miz in Cleveland, Ohio
McMahon also made a point to say that Cleveland is the hometown of The Miz.
WWE Fastlane will take place at the Quicken Loans Arena on March 10. It’s the final pay-per-view before WrestleMania.
