WWE made fans wait until the very end of this week’s SmackDown Live to find out who Roman Reigns would be facing at SummerSlam on August 11 in Toronto, Ontario.
Well, we didn’t find out who his opponent will be because something weird happened at the end of the show. During a backstage segment, a bunch of equipment appeared to fall on Reigns, similar to how a big steel rig fell on Vince McMahon at Raw over a decade ago.
Luckily, Reigns came out unscathed because it barely missed him but he was left shaken up. It looks like someone was out to literally kill him and it looks like we’ll have to wait at least another week to find out who was behind this.
