SPOILER: Main event revealed for WWE NXT: Great American Bash

WWE held a set of TV tapings for the NXT brand on Wednesday night where they taped the June 14th and 21st episodes of the weekly show. WWE plans to return to live episodes starting on June 28th.

On the June 14th episode, NXT Champion Bron Breakker beat Duke Hudson to retain his title. Following the match, Cameron Grimes came out to challenge Breakker for the title on the July 5th edition of NXT, which is the Great American Bash special.

Breakker accepted. Grimes cut a promo about how Bron had more than him growing up and while everyone recognizes Bron’s father, Rick Steiner, no one knows who Grimes’ dad is.

Grimes just lost the NXT North American Title to Carmelo Hayes at the In Your House special this past Saturday night. At this same show in the main event, Breakker wrapped up his feud with Joe Gacy by successfully retaining the title over the young star.

More matches will be announced for this upcoming special in the coming weeks. You can check out the spoilers for these two upcoming episodes of NXT here.
