Major spoiler on a controversial segment set for WWE Friday Night SmackDown

It looks like WWE is hoping to generate some buzz this Friday night on SmackDown with a big segment that was reportedly taped earlier this week.

Sportskeeda is reporting that there will be a big segment on SmackDown with Jeff Hardy and Sheamus, ahead of their match on Sunday at Backlash. The report states that their face-to-face contract signings will be “one of the most controversial contract signings in WWE history” this Friday.

The segment will reportedly have them meet in the ring with Renee Young as the moderator and Hardy will be confronted by a man in a lab coat and four security guards.

Hardy will reportedly accuse Sheamus of trying to ruin his life as Sheamus asks for “assurances” before their big match on Sunday. Sheamus will ask Hardy to take a urine test because he does not want to step into the ring with a “junkie” and he knows that Hardy will fail the test.

As the segment continues, Hardy will reportedly admit that he does have a problem just as Sheamus declares that Hardy must immediately take the urine test. The segment will end with Hardy throwing the urine sample in Sheamus’ face. WWE did a segment like this in 2006 with Shawn Michaels where Vince McMahon told him to take a urine test. The segment concluded with Michaels throwing the urine in McMahon’s face.
