Spoiler on the finish for top title matches at WWE Crown Jewel

Dave Meltzer reported today on two of the top matches planned for WWE’s return to Madison Square Garden on December 26 for their annual holiday house show.

Meltzer reported that the plan is for Big E vs. Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship and Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair. Meltzer did not say if the Lynch vs. Belair match would be for the SmackDown Women’s Championship but if it is, then it would mean that Lynch would likely retain her title at Crown Jewel where she is scheduled to defend against Belair and Sasha Banks in a Triple Threat Match.

Big E vs. Lashley for the title means that it’s likely that Big E will retain his title at Crown Jewel, which makes sense since Drew McIntyre has been drafted to SmackDown and the WWE Universal Title is not leaving SmackDown.

WWE Crown Jewel will air live from Saudi Arabia this Thursday at 12 pm eastern on Peacock.
