There has been a lot of speculation on who Sasha Banks’ mystery partner would be at tonight’s WWE Battleground PPV event at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.
As noted, Charlotte and Dana Brooke challenged Banks to a tag team match at Battleground and told Banks that she would have to find a partner.
Banks has denied that her partner would be former NXT Women’s Champion Bayley, who was not drafted to the main roster in the WWE Draft, on social media. As of Saturday night, the plan was for Bayley to make her surprise main roster debut at tonight’s PPV and be Banks’ partner. Several people have seen her backstage today.
