SPOILER: The current plan for the main event at WrestleMania

As of now, the WrestleMania main event is scheduled to be Roman Reigns vs. Triple H. There is no word right now on whether or not this will be for the WWE Championship. I guess we’ll find out by the Royal Rumble. As noted earlier, The Rock is not wrestling on the show (unless something is worked out with his insurance company) so it’s certainly possible that Rock could somehow be involved in the main event, perhaps to counteract the McMahon’s. My suggestion would be for Reigns to turn heel, attack The Rock and join The Authority. That could be the setup for next year’s WrestleMania main event.

The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar (not against each other) will be involved in the other two main events on the show. It is not clear yet who they will be wrestling. It will be interesting to see who they are matched up with because they are hurting for star power right now. If John Cena comes back early then a match with Undertaker is still possible.

Vince McMahon changes his mind a lot but the WrestleMania plans are usually mapped out months in advance. The original plans were for Seth Rollins vs. Triple H but Rollins got hurt so plans changed and the planned Cena vs. Reigns match was changed to Reigns vs. Triple H. Cena vs. Undertaker was going to be pushed as The Battle of Legends until Cena got injured. Since nobody expected Cena to get hurt, there was no back up plan for The Undertaker’s match at Mania.
