SPOILER: The main event for WWE Fastlane has been confirmed
A week or so ago, when the Fastlane graphic was posted on the Nationwide Arena’s Twitter account, I wondered if it was just something generic to help ticket sales or, perhaps, it was just a mistake. It appears that what was advertised last week is exactly what they have planned for that show.
A new video recently posted on the Nationwide Arena confirms what WWE has planned as the main event for that show. The video advertises a Fatal 5-Way match pitting AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn for the WWE Championship.
I should note that they could make a change, if necessary. For example, if Shinsuke Nakamura wins the Royal Rumble and becomes the number 1 contender for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania then they could always swap him out of the match at Fastlane.
