SPOILER: WWE NXT UK TakeOver Cardiff main event revealed

WWE held a set of NXT UK TV tapings on Friday afternoon from Plymouth, England at the Plymouth Pavilions.

At this tapings, the main event for the next WWE NXT UK special was revealed. Walter will defend the NXT UK Title against Tyler Bate was made official for NXT TakeOver: Cardiff. This will serve as the headliner.

WWE has only officially announced one match thus far for this show, which is WWE NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm making her next title defense against Kay Lee Ray.

NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff will take place on Saturday, August 31 and air live on the WWE Network at 3pm ET from Cardiff, Wales. WWE will be announcing more matches for this upcoming special in the coming weeks.
