It appears that WWE will be splitting up Damage CTRL in the near future.
Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY) formed at last year’s SummerSlam event, the first big creative move from Triple H, who had taken over from Vince McMahon.
They’ve since been pushed strongly on television. Damage CTRL lost to Trish Stratus, Women’s Tag Team Champions Becky Lynch, and Lita at WrestleMania 39.
Coming out of the show, Bayley had sent out a cryptic message, indicating she may be taking time off from WWE:
And sometimes the most romantic love story comes to an end.
Bye

As previously reported, Bayley had been pulled from last week’s WWE Raw at the last minute. For the latest on her status, click here.
The WRKD Wrestling Twitter account revealed a planned non-title match between SKY and Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair for tonight’s episode of Raw. The account also hinted, “It won’t be long before you start to see the cracks form in Damage CTRL,” indicating the first tease of a split.
Bianca Belair is currently scheduled to face off tonight on #WWERaw against Iyo Sky.
