Apparently, there are still some fans with questions on Shinsuke Nakamura’s WWE status.
Nakamura hasn’t been used as a top star for most of his run on the main roster but don’t look for him to jump to New Japan Pro Wrestling or All Elite Wrestling because he has no plans to leave WWE.
Apparently, WWE made a nice offer to him to stay because he did leave the door open to signing with another company just a few months ago when he was asked during SummerSlam weekend.
A fan on Twitter asked Dave Meltzer what Nakamura’s status is with the company.
“Staying,” was Meltzer’s simple response.

Hopefully, WWE decides to put some steam behind him as the Raw and SmackDown rosters get freshened up from the Superstar Shake-Up.
Nakamura’s old deal expired in February, which likely means he signed his new deal sometime with the last couple of months.
