Stephanie McMahon made a surprise appearance at WWE WrestleMania XL – night 2.
In 2023, Stephanie announced that she was no longer with the company in an executive role as she had resigned as Chairwoman and co-CEO of WWE, which was after her father, Vince McMahon, voted himself back to the Board Of Directors before he agreed to be acquired by Endeavor and has since merged with the UFC to form the TKO Holdings Group.
Vince resigned from all his roles within TKO, including TKO Executive Chairman and on the TKO Board of Directors, ending his tenure for good, following the accusations alleged in a lawsuit against him by former WWE employee Janel Grant.
She opened the show with a promo, saying she had the privilege of being at every WrestleMania and that this year’s event was the first-ever of the Paul Levesque era. She welcomed everyone to Mania.
