Stephanie McMahon appeared at Fortune's Most Powerful Women Next Gen Summit in Laguna Niguel, California last week. During the appearance, McMahon was asked about former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey working with WWE again. McMahon told SF Gate that she would “love to have her at WWE” and added that she has "loosely talked to" Rousey about it.

Rousey has came out and said that she plans to fight a few more times before she moves full-time into acting. She is a big wrestling fan, so there's a very good chance that she'll work with WWE again and it would be easier for WWE to negotiate with her if UFC is out of the picture. As noted, there have been reports that WWE is interested in getting a top MMA fighter to appear at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida next year. It’s possible that WWE and Rousey work out a deal that would see Rousey appear at the event.

Rousey will be returning to the world famous octagon on December 30th at UFC 207 when she challenges UFC Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes for the title. Rousey has not fought since last November when she lost the title to Holly Holm.
